This ADU was built from the ground up to honor the craftsmanship of the early 1900s main house while creating a globally-inspired retreat for guests and creative work. Traditional elements—exposed beams, wrought iron lighting, custom bi-fold doors sourced from the Pacific Northwest—bring the outside in and meet thoughtful modern updates: copper-veined slate, hand-glazed tile selected to camouflage the integrated climate control hidden behind decorative metalwork. Vintage textiles and collected artisan pieces complete the layered, lived-in feel. Every detail was intentional, from the hex tile bathroom to the kitchenette designed for both function and beauty.
