Details from the original home—including the brickwork, wood trim, and distinctive door surrounds—served as inspiration for the new structure, ensuring it felt like a natural extension of the property rather than a detached addition.

Exposed beams, wrought iron lighting, and custom bi-fold doors create a seamless connection between indoors and out, while globally sourced textiles, collected artisan pieces, and an antique Uzbek Suzani acquired in Samarkand introduce warmth and personality. Throughout the space, thoughtful details balance character with function—from hand-glazed tile and copper-veined stone to decorative metalwork concealing integrated climate control.
