The charter for this stylish pied-à-terre in Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood was to honor the original architecture—a 1903 glass factory designed by the architect behind the iconic Brown Palace Hotel—through vintage-infused materials and a sense of history and place, while creating a fresh, elevated experience. Patinated metals, leather, tweeds, and richly layered fabrics, paired with organic forms and saturated, pigmented color, anchor the design against the existing brick and original wood beams.
