The design I developed for my client’s second home in Boulder, CO channels Colorado cabin traditions through a modern lens. We introduced oxidized metals, textured geometric surfaces, and layers of luxe fabrics to create a space that feels modern, yet rooted in place and never stuck in the past.
The palette stays muted—earth tones that reference the landscape without being literal about it. Rustic accents ground the design, while the clean lines and refined materials keep it contemporary. The result is a mountain home that honors Colorado's cabin heritage while feeling completely current.
