Organic Modern, art-forward updates punctuate this Boulder, CO Living Space | Kitchen | Dining Room remodel. Soft abstracts next to bold geometry, oxidized metal accents, and sculptural sheepskin chairs in the dining room. The hand-painted wallpaper draws from the Japanese art of Kintsugi—the practice of mending broken ceramics with gold, turning fractures into features and breathing new life into what was lost. The same forms and themes move into the kitchen and living room: sculptural lighting, layered textiles, organic curves, geometric precision.
The vintage Moroccan Boujad rug becomes a showstopping wall treatment in rust, ochre, and terracotta. Golden pendants cascade through the space, moss-green barrel chairs ground the conversation area, and my client’s ceramic and sculptural art collection takes center stage.
